Changing or cancelling a visit
Free up to 24 hours before the start of your visit, with no fee and no contract to get out of. Inside 24 hours the crew is already routed for the day, so call us and we will do what we can. Recurring plans can be paused, moved or stopped entirely at any time.
Working with us
We hire cleaners as W-2 employees, not contractors. If you clean homes professionally and want to work somewhere that pays payroll properly, carries the insurance and sends you back to the same houses, email us at the address above with the areas you can cover.

Do I have to call to get a price?
No. The quote form on every page gives you a flat price in about a minute without a phone call, a walkthrough or an account. Calling gets you the same number from the same engine, so use whichever you prefer.
What are your hours?
We answer the phone seven days a week from 08:00 to 21:30. Cleaning visits are booked in three slots a day and can be scheduled up to 14 days ahead, including weekends.
How quickly can you come out?
Availability depends on your area and the size of the job, and the booking step shows you real open slots rather than a promise. Same-week bookings are usually possible; a specific morning next Saturday may not be.
