Cleaning homes in Berryessa
The older half of the district is remarkably consistent. Builders put up the same handful of plans along Morrill Avenue, Cropley Avenue and the streets off Hostetter Road, so a three-bedroom single-story here is almost always the same three-bedroom single-story a block over. That is why room-count quotes hold up so well in this part of town: very little surprises a crew when the door opens.
Closer to Berryessa Road the picture changes completely. Townhome rows and stacked-flat buildings have their own entrances off shared podium drives, and a few log every visitor at a kiosk. A tandem garage under the living floor means the stairs begin at the front door. Out toward Penitencia Creek things stay older and quieter, with deep back yards and a lot of sliding glass.
What we walk into in Berryessa
The baseline is 1,100 to 1,500 square feet on one level, slab foundation, a galley or L-shaped kitchen, and vinyl or laminate where the original flooring used to be. Bathrooms are small and often still wear a fiberglass surround from a nineties remodel. Around the station, three-story townhomes invert all of that: narrow footprint, two flights, a roof deck on some plans. Hard water scales the fixtures in both types.
