Do you sell my personal information?

No. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share your address with a contractor network because we do not use one. The only third parties who see your details are the service providers who process payment, look up property data, or host the site.

Do you store my card number?

No. Card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our systems. We can see the last four digits and the card brand for reconciliation, and that is all. Nobody here can read your full card number.

How do I get my data deleted?

Email hello@itsmaidsimple.com or call (888) 245-3085 and ask. We will confirm your identity against details we already hold, then delete what we are not legally required to keep — tax rules mean some booking records have to survive a deletion request.

Texts from MaidSimple in short

MaidSimple, a residential cleaning company, texts customers about the cleaning they booked: the confirmation, a reminder, the cleaner on the way, when the clean is done, the receipt, and replies from our office. No marketing. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

How you opt in

On the website. On the last step of the booking form at itsmaidsimple.com/booking/ (and the quote form on the home page) you enter your mobile number and tick a box that reads: “I agree to receive text messages from MaidSimple about my cleaning (confirmations, reminders, my cleaner on the way, receipts). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” with links to the Privacy Policy and Terms. The box is not pre-ticked and the booking does not go through without it.

By phone. If you book by calling (888) 245-3085, our office asks whether we may text you about the booking and records your answer with it.

How you opt out, and get help

Reply STOP to any text and you will get one last message confirming it, then nothing more. Reply HELP for our contact details. You can also email hello@itsmaidsimple.com or call (888) 245-3085. Stopping texts does not cancel a booking; we reach you by email or phone instead. Reply START to turn texts back on.
